Terms & Conditions

1. Quotes & scope

Quotes remain valid for 30 days. Pricing may change if site conditions differ from the initial inspection or if additional work is requested.

2. Scheduling

We confirm project start dates once scaffolding and materials are booked. Weather delays may shift timelines; we keep you informed throughout.

3. Payments

• Residential projects: 10% deposit, progress payments, and balance on completion.
• Commercial projects: Payment milestones as specified in the contract.
• Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Workmanship guarantee

All workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years. Material warranties are covered by the respective manufacturers and will be provided upon completion.

5. Site access & safety

Clients agree to provide safe access to the site and notify us of any hazards. Apex Roofing & Restoration maintains SiteSafe certification and comprehensive insurance.

6. Variations

Any changes to the agreed scope will be documented and priced prior to work commencing. Variations require written approval.
